Eating a Mediterranean diet 'cuts deadly breast cancer risk by 40%' in post-menopausal women


This news talk about how easting a mediterranean diet can help stop a type of breast cancer in older women.The breast cancer , oestrogen receptor negative breast cancer kills a lot of women who are post menopause. The mediterranean diet reduces risk of this cancer. The study for this diet was made for 20 years. Women should not eat a lot of sugar, white bread, refined fats. They should eat a lot of vegetables, fish and use olive oil.


I like this news because it shows again that the mediterranean diet is the good diet for people. I think that this days people eat a bad diet and we need to listen to experts when they tell us what to eat and what we should not eat.
