This
article explains that because of mobile phones and computers children do not
sleep good and they are getting more fat. We know the phones and computers must
be off before we sleep because the blue light from these prevents sleep but the
problem is more. Children use their mobiles and computers until the minute they
go to sleep- this is not good. The number of children who do not sleep good has
increased in the last years. Not to have a good sleep makes hormones different
and make the children eat more, so they are tired and overweight.
In my
opinion I am a modern technology person. I have a mobile and a computer and I
use them all the time. I was surprised to read that it makes such problems!
